Dr Bailey Kirkman graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science to become a Registered Osteopath.
Bailey’s first experience with an Osteopath began right here at Reform Health as a patient suffering from several basketball and football related injuries. After seeing first-hand the value of a structured treatment and management plan to reduce pain and improve function, Bailey’s interest in osteopathy peaked which gave him the desire to pursue osteopathy as a career.
With a strong belief in the body’s ability to heal, Bailey uses a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. Education is also a top priority in Bailey’s treatment philosophy, aiming to equip patients with information regarding the body, their condition and strong self-management tools to improve recovery.
Bailey naturally takes a particular interest in sporting related injuries, in addition to treating injuries of varying acute and chronic backgrounds including the neck and back. Committed to continuous learning and remaining up to date with latest evidence-based practices, Bailey strives to support each patient in achieving their health and performance goals.
Outside of the clinic, Bailey enjoys lifting at the gym, attending local football both as a player and sports trainer, and spending time with friends and family.

Brad completed his Osteopathic studies at Victoria University, where he obtained his Bachelor and Masters degrees in 2009.
Brad practiced for over 7 years as an Osteopath in the neighboring suburbs of Melton and Bacchus Marsh. In 2017, Brad decided to open his own clinic and became the owner and director of ReForm Health in Hillside. In his time as a Hillside Osteo, Brad has enjoyed building great working relationships with local GP’s, other allied health professionals, local sporting clubs and members of the community.
A passion for sport drove Brad to wanting to learn how the human body functioned. To his surprise, Brad learned that he also enjoyed treating common everyday injuries such as back pain in tradies, headaches and neck pain in office workers, ‘wear and tear’ degenerative joint conditions, and pregnancy related muscular pain.
Brad likes to formulate a treatment plan that involves both his hands-on techniques and training along with guiding the patient to make the appropriate lifestyle changes, to reduce pain and improve function.
Since graduating from University, Brad has undergone additional training in managing tendon pain, ergonomic assessment, chronic pain management, Photobiomodulation (laser) therapy, shoulder biomechanics and strength & conditioning.
In his spare time, Brad is still hanging on to his footy dreams while playing for the Diggers Rest ‘Burras’ Football Netball Club. He also enjoys traveling and can’t wait to show his two young daughters all of the wonderful places the world has to offer as they grow up.
